"The driver was wrongly told that my trip had been cancelled and queried this because I had already been in touch. It was a different journey which had changed. Although the Kodiak had 6 seats, it would not have taken our luggage if one of our party had not dropped out. (I did specify in the notes that we had the equivalent of 4 large suitcases). To summarise, the driver and journey were great, the delay was not his fault, but the car was too small and there was unnecessary confusion over the booking at your end."
